We understand it is very difficult seeking help and very easy getting labeled when you’ve anxiety/depression. But we’ve to take up the tedious task of rearranging our thoughts, speaking our minds, and loving ourselves the most!
Detangling mind is a platform that listens to you and guides you towards relevant resources. We are no psychiatrists/psychologists but we are a community of listeners who share experiences of how we’ve coped or not coped and stories of our wins and losses.
